This image was made with a modified Canon 40D, and a 20-cm (8") f/2.75 ASA Astrograph.
This is a full size crop from the same image, M83 was quite low in the sky and you can notice the noise caused by light pollution. Still I'm glad I got this one
at home it is much too low to make an image.
