M45 the Pleiades



M45 Pleiades Pleiaden with an ASA N8 20cm f2.75 astrograph and unmodified Canon 40D

5 x 5 minute exposure at 400 ISO on Saturday February 2, 2008 from Beilen. The second astronomical image I took with my new Canon 40D.
The image below is better, but if you take into account it has the double exposure time and the higher ISO setting and that the camera (350D) was modified...
